Energetics and Saving the Environment are frequent topics at school classes as well as extra-curricular activities. But a very interesting one is about the production and consumption of electric energy in Slovenia. The participants of the workshop will take over the role of a power plant operator with the help of a computer simulation called Energetic Mixture. They will form a daily energetic mixture of Slovenia and try to find out how their decisions will influence the reliability of electric energy supply, greenhouse gases emissions and energy supply expenses. The simulation takes into consideration all available Slovenian power plants with real data.
